Terms of Service
Effective: 21 June 2026
These terms govern your use of AIOChat.ie (the 'Service'). By signing in or connecting a channel you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
AIOChat.ie provides a unified inbox that aggregates customer messages from third-party messaging platforms (Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Gmail, TikTok) and lets you reply to them through that same interface. The Service is provided as-is. Features, integrations, and storage characteristics can change without notice.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the credentials used to sign in and for any activity under your account. Keep your AUTH_SECRET, access tokens and verify tokens safe — they grant the ability to read and send messages on the channels you connected. If you suspect a credential is compromised, rotate it immediately from the relevant Meta / Google / TikTok dashboard and from /connect.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to: • send unsolicited bulk messages or spam; • harass, threaten or impersonate any person; • violate any applicable law or the terms of any platform you connect (Meta Platform Terms, Google Cloud ToS, TikTok Business Terms); • attempt to access data that does not belong to you; • reverse-engineer, resell or sublicense the Service without written permission; • interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms are being violated.
4. Third-party platforms
The Service depends on third-party platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, rate limits, or suspensions imposed by those platforms. Your use of each platform is governed by that platform's own terms.
5. Data and content
You retain ownership of the messages and content you send through the Service. You grant us a limited licence to transmit, store and display that content solely as required to operate the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its source code, branding and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the Service under these terms but you do not acquire any rights to our trademarks or code beyond that.
7. Fees
The Service is currently provided free of charge during the demo period. We may introduce paid plans in future — if we do, we will give reasonable notice and existing users will not be charged retroactively for usage already incurred.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that messages will always be delivered. In no event will our aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the Service exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100). Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence).
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice where practicable). On termination your stored conversations and credentials may be deleted. Export anything you want to keep before that.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Effective" date above. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ireland unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
